NaturaMune is a unique combination of potent Western and Chinese herbs in a TCM format, skillfully crafted to strengthen and support the body’s own defense mechanisms.
NaturaMune is a very neutral tonic, meaning it can be used by a wide variety of individuals in different states of health. Many professionals supplement the diet with NaturaMune when using programs designed to strengthen patients with reduced or compromised immune function. People with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Epstein-Barr virus, and those on chemotherapy or similarly damaging treatments, all are considered to have
compromised immune function.
NaturaMune is designed to deeply tonify (strengthen) the Qi and Blood without the side effects of creating energetic imbalances (side effects) such as heat and dryness. 13 out of the 17 herbs used in this formula are tonic herbs. Tonifying formulas commonly produce heat and dryness in the body, but the
herbs in NaturaMune were chosen for their neutral qualities without any reduction of their ability to deeply tonify the Qi and Blood.
Another concern with taking tonics over a long period of time is their tendency to congest the spleen. In more western terms, that mean to interfere with the digestion and assimilation processes. When this happens there can be symptoms such as: bloating and stuck feeling in the abdomen after eating or even loose stool. To counter this tendency, herbs were added to help circulate the Qi of the stomach and spleen.
NaturaMune was designed to treat the root. It’s function is to strengthen the entire system without creating undesirable side effects. Therefore it can safely be taken for extended periods of time. It also helps protect the respiratory system and promote the digestion and assimilation of nutrients.
An interesting and useful clinical observation has been that NaturaMune appears to provide an enhanced immunity to colds and flu. In order to maximize this benefit, one should begin taking it daily right before the start of the annual flu season (around September) and continue taking it throughout
the season. Should you happen to contract a cold or the flu, temporarily discontinue NaturaMune and use Naturacept or Natura-UR as indicated. After the cold has been eliminated, return to the NaturaMune protocol.

SUGGESTED USAGE:
Take 1 to 4 capsules two to three times per day, or as prescribed by your healthcare provider. For best results, take on an empty stomach. Use should be temporarily discontinued during bouts of colds and flu. Store in a cool, dry place (but not refrigerated).
When first starting the NaturaMune program, we recommend escalating the doe by taking 1 to 2 capsules three times per day for the first week; 2 to 3 the second week and 3 to 4 the third week.
